Family Music Center - Registration

We have two options for registration--on-line with credit card or mail in a registration form with a check made out to Family Music Center.

Fees:
Paying Child(ren)
Seven week session - First Child new family $125 includes non-refundable registration fee, service fee for materials and sales tax
Seven week session - First Child returning families $110 (includes service fee and sales tax)
Second Child $60 (no materials)
No charge Sibling (under 8 months, over 5 years, or 3rd child is free - max of 1 free child per family.)Please register the sibling and click on the third or non-paying sibling in the pricing box.

No refunds after the start of week 2
Checks should be made out to FAMILY MUSIC CENTER
